Job Title: Safety Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety performance and development across multiple projects and business units. This individual will serve as a key safety resource at both the project and corporate levels, ensuring compliance, driving safety initiatives, and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop Safety Department staff, including performance management, training, career growth, and recruiting efforts
• Manage safety programs across multiple projects, including inspections, data analysis, trend identification, and performance improvement initiatives
• Conduct site safety inspections, hazard assessments, incident investigations, and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and enforce safety standards across all project sites
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, orientations, and just-in-time training as needed
• Support preconstruction safety planning, develop site-specific safety plans, and assist with subcontractor onboarding
• Lead incident response efforts and support third-party and OSHA inspections
• Analyze safety data, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to improve overall performance
• Serve as a technical safety resource and contribute to company-wide safety initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of safety experience within construction environments
• Hands-on field experience supporting construction operations
• Prior leadership or management experience
• Experience working on electrical projects
• Familiarity with concrete and iron work scopes
• Experience managing high-risk construction activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant higher education
• Data center project experience
