Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Special Education Coordinator to join our team in Barre, VT for the 2026–27 school year. Responsibilities

• Serve as a Special Education Case Coordinator for elementary students
• Manage and monitor IEPs, evaluations, and service delivery
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
• Facilitate IEP meetings and ensure regulatory compliance
• Track progress and maintain accurate records
• Provide guidance to staff on special education processes

What We’re Looking For

• Must meet Vermont state requirements for Special Education coordination
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting early childhood development

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.93 to $46.93. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
