Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Endoscopy LPN for a direct hire opportunity in Advance, NC. This role is ideal for a Licensed Practical Nurse who is interested in Endoscopy, GI, PACU, Pre-Op, or procedural nursing and wants a stable weekday schedule in a patient-focused outpatient clinical setting.
As an Endoscopy LPN, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to provide high-quality care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures. This position offers a supportive team environment, hands-on procedural experience, and the opportunity to build specialized nursing skills while maintaining excellent work-life balance.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced procedural LPN or a newer graduate with strong IV skills who is eager to grow in a collaborative healthcare environment with supportive leadership and a team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and recovery areas.
- Assist physicians and clinical team members during endoscopic procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, monitor patient status, and support recovery following procedures.
- Administer prescribed medications as directed by the physician and within LPN scope of practice.
- Start IVs using aseptic technique and follow infection control and patient safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and help ensure a positive, compassionate patient experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Monday through Friday schedule.
