Pharmacy Technician | Up to $10K Relocation + $5K Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join a growing healthcare team in Sitka, Alaska. In this role, you will support pharmacists with medication preparation, inventory management, prescription processing, customer service, and pharmacy operations while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Rotating Weekends
Pay Range: $27.81 – $38.62/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing
• Process prescription orders and maintain pharmacy records
• Manage inventory, stock medications, and monitor supplies
• Support patients and healthcare providers with pharmacy-related inquiries
• Perform medication labeling, packaging, and distribution
• Maintain pharmacy equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with sterile compounding and medication handling
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff

Requirements

• Active Alaska Pharmacy Technician License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• PTCB Certification (required within 1 year of hire)
• 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician or related healthcare experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
