We're looking for a new Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established healthcare organization in Northern California. This is your chance to step into a full scope Orthopedic Surgery position that truly values work-life balance, allowing you to serve a close-knit community in a beautiful mountain setting.
Position Highlights
- General Orthopedic Surgery practice with the opportunity to do Sports- Join a Growing Orthopedic Team in a hospital-employed setting
- Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek, blocked OR time, and shared call that is considered light (no trauma call) ensuring excellent work-life integration.
Compensation & Perks
- 808,000 starting salary, plus a generous 100,000 signing bonus, and up to 100,000 in loan repayment
- Comprehensive benefits package includes retirement with match, malpractice with tail coverage, 8 Weeks PTO, Paid Holidays and 5000 CME allowance.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Open to 2027 graduating residents/fellows
- Position is NOT offering h1b or J1 visa sponsorship
