An Indiana healthcare practice is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team for a locum tenens assignment.
Practice Setting
- Outpatient medical setting
- Patients are aged 2 and up
- Average volume of 12-15 patients per day
- Charting: Epic
Cases and Procedures
- Full primary care (physicals, chronic condition management, acute episodic care, full lab services, immunizations, shots)
- Minor acute care
Schedule
- Dates: ASAP - 9/07/26
- M, T, F 7a-6p and W 8a-7p
- No call
Requirements
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- BLS and DEA certifications required
- Indiana medical license
- Minimum of 36 months of experience
