Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a dependable, respectful caregiver experienced with young children. Experience with special needs is a huge plus. We have two boys: (almost 3) and (18 months), plus a friendly doodle! Our almost 3-year-old has special needs. He is non-verbal, crawls independently, but does not walk without assistance. He needs a patient, attentive caregiver comfortable with developmental differences. We need someone primarily available in 6 hour blocks. We are hoping to find someone consistent and reliable who can become a trusted part of our childrens care routine. We also have a pool available that may be used during appropriate times as part of childcare activities.
