House Cleaner

I need someone to clean floors and dust living room, kitchen, dining room, one bedroom. Clean kitchen. Pick up same areas. Once every 2 weeks. House is a bit cluttered but don't expect it to be organized. Not looking for deep clean. On a fixed income so need price to be fairly consistent (if house state is similar, not 2 hours this time and 4 next time). If there is an "extra", I'm happy to pay if we agree beforehand.
