House Cleaner

My son, recently paralyzed in a car accident, needs very specific help in his studio garage living space: He needs someone to change his bed linens and take 1-2 loads of laundry to laundrymat and have returned clean. There is a laundrymat a block away from where he resides. Other than that there is not a lot to clean. Just tidy up, sweep floor, empty trash. We can discuss cleaning his bathroom which is located inside main house, but we may not need to include this.
