Job Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. \n
- Implement therapeutic programs to enhance patient's functional abilities and promote recovery. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. \n
- Document treatment interventions and progress accurately in the Meditech charting system. \n
- Provide patient and family education to support continued care and rehabilitation efforts. \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery. \n

- Active state license in occupational therapy is required at submission. \n
- Experience in inpatient or rehabilitation settings is strongly preferred. \n
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and deliver patient-centered care. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. \n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. \n
