Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Implement therapeutic programs to enhance patient's functional abilities and promote recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Document treatment interventions and progress accurately in the Meditech charting system.
\n
• Provide patient and family education to support continued care and rehabilitation efforts.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Active state license in occupational therapy is required at submission.
\n
• Experience in inpatient or rehabilitation settings is strongly preferred.
\n
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and deliver patient-centered care.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
\n
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
\n
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are mandatory, with medical or religious exemptions considered.
