Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures.
\n
• Prepare and manage the operating room according to established protocols and standards.
\n
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries.
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and surgical procedures.
\n
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure a sterile and safe environment.
\n
• Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
\n
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
\n
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
\n
