Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN for the Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide admit and recovery care for patients undergoing heart catheterizations and complex interventions.
\n
• Maintain documentation in EPIC charting system and use of PYXIS equipment.
\n
• Participate in call rotations, requiring a 30 to 60-minute response time.
\n
• Collaborate with a team of 16 RNs and communicate with lead charge nurse on shift.
\n
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and maintain proficiency in clinical skills.
\n
• Assist in the preparation and recovery of patients in a busy multimodality lab setting.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Valid RN license for Washington or Compact state.
\n
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
\n
• Experience in Cath Lab accompanied by admit/recovery experience required.
\n
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system and ultrasound IV starts.
\n
• Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Flexibility to work shifts within specified operational hours and on-call duties.
\n
