**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse - Postpartum Care Specialist!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Be a vital part of our healthcare team, responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with exceptional patient care.\n- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to patient needs.\n- Identify patient needs and establish care priorities through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.\n- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans based on both initial and ongoing assessments.\n- Initiate assessments reflecting the patient's problems or needs, the physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.\n- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with skill and compassion.\n- Manage and oversee the care of patients, ensuring the highest standards of quality.\n- Document care diligently following standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.\n- Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards, embracing innovative approaches to care delivery.\n- Provide patient-centric care, aligning with our professional nursing practice model.\n- Embrace additional responsibilities and duties as needed.\n\n**Required Skills & Experience:**\n\n- Minimum of 3+ years of Mother-Baby experience required.\n- Expertise in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Antepartum care strongly preferred.\n- Soft skills related to Newborn care are essential.\n\n**Education Requirements:**\n\n- Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).\n- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).\n\n**Required Certifications & Licensure:**\n\n- BLS (American Heart Association certified).\n- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).\n- Valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.\n\n**Schedule:**\n\n- 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 shifts of 12 hours each.\n- Every other weekend and holiday required.\n- No on-call or float requirements. \n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
