Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to obstetrical patients with conditions such as hypertension and diabetes
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary care team by maintaining communication with healthcare professionals
\n
• Administer and titrate medications such as Pitocin and Mag Sulfate safely and effectively
\n
• Comply with facility policies including radius rule and artificial nails prohibition
\n
• Take and pass a mandatory open book skills exam during orientation achieving at least 90%
\n
• Utilize EPIC charting system to document patient care accurately
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license eligible for submission
\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
\n
• Minimum 3 years of labor and delivery experience
\n
• BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory
\n
• Proficient with patient care equipment and emergency protocols
\n
• Demonstrated ability to follow AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios
\n
