Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Surgical Services - OR Tech / Surgical Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Assist in surgical procedures with a focus on cardiovascular and thoracic operations.
\n
• Ensure proper aseptic and sterile techniques during interventions.
\n
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments and operating room equipment.
\n
• Support the surgical team in various complex surgeries including CABG and valve replacements.
\n
• Participate in call rotations for nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records of procedures and patient information.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Two years of cardiovascular surgery experience required.
\n
• NBSTSA or NCCT certification required.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
\n
• Experience with cardiovascular operating room procedures and equipment.
\n
• Trauma Level II experience required; Level I preferred.
\n
• Proficient in using the Epic charting system preferred.
\n
