Compensation: $40.07 - $48.10 per hour, depending on prior experience.

Qualifications (What You Bring)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Active RN license in the state of Colorado.
- At least two (2) years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care; home care experience is a plus.
- Current CPR certification.
Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) will manage cases, coordinate care, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for clients, utilizing nursing theories and processes in line with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Evaluate client referral information and respond to inquiries as needed.
- Conduct client assessments according to agency standards to ensure effective home care services.
- Independently direct, plan, and initiate appropriate actions in home care scenarios.
- Carry out job responsibilities in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.

Experience Required
- 2 years of nursing experience, including a mix of long-term care, dementia care, or acute care.
- Experience in home care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Registered Nurse license.
