In this vibrant setting as a critical care nurse, you will deliver outstanding care to neuro and trauma patients. The 12-bed unit maintains a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, providing you with the necessary support to ensure exceptional care. Additionally, you will have the chance to float to various departments, including Cardiovascular, Telemetry Care, ICU/CCU, and Med Surg, enhancing your experience and skill set.

• Deliver comprehensive care for patients with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains.
• Employ EPIC charting for precise and efficient patient documentation.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt to different units as required, upholding high standards of care.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of acute critical care experience is required.
• Experience in Level II trauma critical care is essential.
• Must possess a current CA RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Previous travel nursing experience is necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience in the specified setting is required.
