GQR Healthcare Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) OR - Operating Room for a nursing job in Natick, Massachusetts.

Permanent Hire | Days Only
- Seeking an experienced OR RN to join a busy surgical team
- Case mix includes general, robotic, urology, orthopedics, breast, and thoracic procedures.
- Must have at least 1 year of OR experience or successful completion of a periop program.
- OR and recovery room experience are preferred.
- BLS required; Periop 101 preferred.
- Schedule is days only with weekend call rotation.
- Current call rotation is 1:4 or 1:5, with improvement expected as openings are filled.
- Competitive pay based on experience:
- 1 year: $38.60/hr
- 5 years: $45.01/hr
- 10 years: $53.03/hr
- 20 years/max: $70.66/hr
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Call pay: $5/hr
- ADN or BSN accepted
