\n\nJob Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. \n
- Administer medications and monitor fetal heart rates using FetalLink and Cerner systems. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. \n
- Sustain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families, including explaining conditions and treatments. \n
- Ensure adherence to AWOHNN guidelines and manage patient ratios accordingly. \n
- Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care as needed, providing assistance in NICU if necessary. \n

- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of California. \n
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Labor & Delivery experience, with prior travel contract preferred. \n
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP; Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required. \n
- Experience with high-risk deliveries and ability to circulate for c-sections required. \n
- Familiarity with Cerner charting and ability to work in acute care settings. \n
