Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide patient care in a Level 1 trauma center with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams within the operating room
\n
• Float to different OR units as needed to meet facility requirements
\n
• Manage and circulate emergent surgical cases with high proficiency
\n
• Adhere to scheduling needs, including occasional nights and on-call rotations
\n
• Utilize Epic for all charting and documentation processes
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Valid AHA BLS certification and current CO or Compact RN license
\n
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the operating room environment
\n
• Experience working in either Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers
\n
• Proficiency in Epic charting system is required
\n
• Extensive experience with general, GU/GYN, neuro, ENT, and plastics cases
\n
• Strong ability to circulate emergent craniotomy and other complex procedures
\n
