Floyd Lee Locums is looking for an APP provider for a Medical Oncology/Hematology assignment in Hamilton, OH. This is a great opportunity for an experienced oncology NP or PA who can step into a well-supported outpatient setting with minimal ramp-up.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: Preferred July 6, 2026 (July 13 latest acceptable)
• End Date: Approximately September 18–25, 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling options available (4-day week or partial coverage)
• Mondays are a high-priority coverage need
• Compensation: $110/hour +  travel and lodging
• No call required

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient Medical Oncology/Hematology clinic
• Strong interdisciplinary support including RN/LPNs, MAs, social work, dietitian, pharmacy, and mental health APPs
• Seeking an experienced APP comfortable working independently

Patient Volume:

• 12–15 patients per day depending on schedule
• Approximately 60 patients per week for full-time coverage
• May include 1–2 new benign hematology consults daily

Responsibilities:

• On-treatment visits and cancer surveillance
• Benign hematology follow-ups
• Peer-to-peer reviews and appeals (treatments, imaging, oral medications)
• In-basket management (MyChart, calls, refills, labs)
• Support infusion nursing staff and assist with patient care coordination
