Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active SLP license or eligibility to secure CA licensure (out-of-state applicants welcome)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience delivering speech therapy services in educational environments
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for PreK and Kindergarten students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and provide individualized therapy services in line with IEP goals
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans for a diverse student caseload
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate strategies into daily classroom routines
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Serve as an advocate for students’ speech and language needs, offering guidance to parents and caregivers
