Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license or eligibility to secure CA licensure (out-of-state applicants welcome)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience delivering speech therapy services in educational environments
  • Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for PreK and Kindergarten students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and provide individualized therapy services in line with IEP goals
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for a diverse student caseload
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate strategies into daily classroom routines
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Serve as an advocate for students’ speech and language needs, offering guidance to parents and caregivers
