Located in one of Oregon's hidden mountain gems, you will join a seasoned pediatrician and a pediatric nurse practitioner within a group of 13 providers.

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week totaling 32 hours, with no weekend shifts required.
• Compensation: A guaranteed base salary of $250,000 for the first year.
• Partnership Opportunity: One-year pathway to partnership with significant earning potential.
• Practice Focus: Outpatient care, averaging 20 patients per day.
• Call Responsibilities: No mandatory call; however, there is an option for 1:7 inpatient call for an additional $39,000 annually.
