Schedule and Responsibilities- Work Schedule: 7 on/7 off, from Tuesday to Monday, 7 AM to 5 PM
- Patient Load: 16 patients per shift
- Unit Type: Adult inpatient psychiatry
- On-Call: No after-hours on-call duties
- Required Skills: Experience with involuntary commitments, seclusion, and restraint
- Clinical Experience: Proficiency in managing anxiety, affective, and psychotic disorders
- Patient Evaluation Ratio: 1:4 follow-ups to new evaluations
- Coverage: Ongoing need for coverage
- Pay Rate: Ranges from $185.00 to $220.00 per hour
- Payment Structure: Weekly deposits with all-inclusive rates that may include overtime, call, and holiday pay
- Housing and Travel: Complimentary arrangements provided
- Malpractice Coverage: Comprehensive coverage included
- Credentialing Support: Simplified process for credentialing and privileging
- Online Access: Portal available for assignment details and time entry
