Coverage Details
-- Two providers needed
-- Ideal schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm

Requirements
-- Board Certification
-- Active Indiana license or IMLC
-- ACLS required
-- BLS required
-- Ability to cover both IP and OP surgery center cases

Additional Details
-- Endo, GI, ENT, Gen Surg, Ortho, GYN
-- No complex cardiac or OB coverage
-- Patients per shift: 5
-- Beds in department: 20
-- Support staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 Office staff
-- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 105 days
-- EMR: Epic
