We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Post-Acute/LTAC Physician to join our team in the Ocala region. This role offers a flexible weekday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to focus on patient care without nights, procedures, or codes.

• Base Salary: $285,000
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Collections-based bonuses with additional monthly earning potential
• Flexible rounding schedule

• Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability insurance

• Malpractice coverage with tail assistance

• Daytime rounding across post-acute and LTAC facilities in the Ocala region
• Collaborate with APPs to manage and split daily patient census
• Focus on quality patient care in a lower-acuity setting
• No procedures or codes required
• No night shifts

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or relevant specialty
• Experience in post-acute or long-term acute care preferred, but not required
• Active medical license and DEA required
