Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS Oncology RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:
- Day and night shifts

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN license, unencumbered and in good standing
- Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience in Medical/Surgical Oncology or Oncology
- Strong working knowledge of EPIC electronic health records (EHR) system
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Compassionate communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- BLS certification required; Oncology certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy agents, monitoring patients’ responses and managing side effects
- Provide education and emotional support to oncology patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes
- Employ evidence-based practice and follow all regulatory standards
- Chart thoroughly using the EPIC system
- Participate in patient rounds, discharge planning, and ongoing care coordination
