Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide specialized nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room.
\n
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols during surgical procedures.
\n
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists for optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and EMR entries.
\n
• Assist in preparing CVOR rooms and equipment for surgeries.
\n
• Participate in post-operative patient assessments and care plans.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
\n
• 5+ years of CVOR experience required.
\n
• Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred.
\n
• Main OR experience and willingness to float required.
\n
• Ability to scrub as a nurse is a plus.
\n
• Strong team player with flexibility and adaptability skills.
\n
