Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
\n
• Assist in surgical operations including open heart and vascular surgeries.
\n
• Ensure appropriate care, treatment, and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
\n
• Manage operating room equipment and maintain sterile environment.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to make quick and effective decisions.
\n
• Participate in on-call duties averaging 4-5 days per month, including 1 weekend.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license and BLS, ACLS certifications required.
\n
• Experience in open heart and vascular surgery.
\n
• Demonstrated operating room experience and proficiency.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, such as Meditech.
\n
• Adept at handling fast-paced surgical environments.
\n
• Ability to float to main OR as needed.
\n
