Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Outpatient Family Medicine physician to become part of our collaborative team in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is a remarkable chance to work in a lively college town with a diverse patient demographic.

Opportunity Highlights

• Become a member of a supportive team consisting of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers.
• Focus on outpatient care, providing comprehensive services for patients of all ages.
• Enjoy a schedule with no weekends or evenings, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
• Minimal on-call duties: 1:6, with phone-only responsibilities and initial triage handled by a nurse.
• Work from a single practice location, conveniently located next to the hospital.
• Utilize a modern facility that has been recently updated, with on-site access to lab, MRI, and x-ray services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually, along with production incentives and longevity bonuses.
• A bonus package totaling $150,000.
