Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Outpatient Family Medicine physician to become part of our collaborative team in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is a remarkable chance to work in a lively college town with a diverse patient demographic.
Opportunity Highlights- Become a member of a supportive team consisting of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers.
- Focus on outpatient care, providing comprehensive services for patients of all ages.
- Enjoy a schedule with no weekends or evenings, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
- Minimal on-call duties: 1:6, with phone-only responsibilities and initial triage handled by a nurse.
- Work from a single practice location, conveniently located next to the hospital.
- Utilize a modern facility that has been recently updated, with on-site access to lab, MRI, and x-ray services.

- Participate in virtual visits and telehealth services.

- Two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually, along with production incentives and longevity bonuses.
