Job Description
Elevate Healthcare Consultants is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for an exciting opportunity in Central Valley, CA. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state of CA and have a DEA license. The position offers a full-time schedule, five days per week with one evening shift per week and one Saturday per month.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary care, including pediatric, adult, women’s care, and office-based procedures.
Serve a primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families.
Work in a team-based approach to care, alongside other MD’s & APP’s at the clinic.
Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system.
