\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Ohio or compact state)\n
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a Cardiac Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, or similar acute care setting\n
• BLS certification (required)\n
• Completion of all required onboarding health screenings and background checks\n
• Strong clinical assessment, cardiac monitoring, and critical thinking skills\n
• Excellent communication, patient education, and teamwork abilities\n

\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from cardiac procedures, heart failure, arrhythmias, and post-op cardiac surgery\n
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry, interpret changes, and respond promptly to patient status changes\n
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed according to policy\n
• Collaborate with cardiology, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans\n
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health, post-procedure recovery, and discharge planning\n
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
