Job Description & Requirements

Minimum Requirements – Mammography Tech

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Mammography experience preferred
Certifications Required:
ARRT (M) – Mammography
BLS
MQSA Certification (required)
State License: Active California Radiologic Technologist license (if required by facility/state regulations)
Equipment Experience:
Hologic Selenia Mammography System experience preferred
Skills Required:
Screening Mammography
Diagnostic Mammography
Breast positioning and image acquisition
Quality control and MQSA compliance
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Schedule:
Variable 8-hour day shifts
40 guaranteed hours per week
Call Requirements: None
Work Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced imaging department
Knowledge of breast imaging protocols and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and image quality standards
Experience with digital mammography systems preferred
