\n\nJob Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in a 11 bed/trauma bay environment based on patient needs. \n
- Participate in triage and intake processes, ensuring quick and efficient patient flow. \n
- Manage ER holds and perform tasks such as phlebotomy and patient monitoring. \n
- Participate in department-specific orientation and adhere to facility protocols. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a physician and charge nurse, for optimal patient care. \n
- Engage in weekend and holiday shifts as per unit requirements. \n

- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. \n
- Ability to function independently with critical thinking and motivation. \n
- Minimum of 2-3 years of emergency nursing experience is required. \n
- Experience with MEDITECH charting system is preferred. \n
- Willingness to work every other weekend and handle holiday schedules. \n
- Navy blue scrub attire required per dress code. \n
