Compensation: $2460 - $2964 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

In this position, you will join a nurturing team that emphasizes the significance of keeping mothers and their infants together, encouraging skin-to-skin contact, and fostering a safe, supportive environment. With 10 spacious private LDRP rooms and a strong emphasis on collaboration, you will have the chance to profoundly impact families during one of their most cherished moments.
- Deliver comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
- Assist in circulating during C-sections and provide antepartum care.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including lactation consultants and maternity educators.
- Employ strong IV skills and utilize the OBIX Fetal Heart Monitoring System.
- Float to NICU for feeders and growers as necessary.
- Engage in floor-specific orientation and continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license.
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP are mandatory; FHM certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
- Proficient C-section and IV skills are essential.
- Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday.
