\n\nJob Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Assess and deliver nursing care according to individual patient needs and conditions. \n
- Develop comprehensive and individualized nursing care plans based on patient history and diagnostic results. \n
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy to provide quality patient care. \n
- Ensure accuracy of medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care planning and outcomes. \n
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve care goals. \n

- Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred. \n
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse; experience in a clinical specialty preferred. \n
- Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact State. \n
- BLS (CPR) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider. \n
- Experience with EPIC charting system required. \n
- Certified in ACLS and capable of administering blood products and managing cardiac drips. \n
