Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Assess and deliver nursing care according to individual patient needs and conditions.
\n
• Develop comprehensive and individualized nursing care plans based on patient history and diagnostic results.
\n
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy to provide quality patient care.
\n
• Ensure accuracy of medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care planning and outcomes.
\n
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve care goals.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse; experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
\n
• Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact State.
\n
• BLS (CPR) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
\n
• Experience with EPIC charting system required.
\n
• Certified in ACLS and capable of administering blood products and managing cardiac drips.
\n
