Our organization, a physician-led community hospital located in South Texas, is in search of an OBGYN to expand a thriving service line within a culturally rich community that currently faces no competition.

Opportunity:

• 93-bed, Not-For-Profit, Level IV trauma center
• 25 referring physicians eager for your expertise, with no competing practices
• State-of-the-art DaVinci Robot available on-site
• A balanced mix of general OBGYN cases

Compensation:

• Three-year salary guarantee, along with call pay and a quality incentive bonus
• wRVU Production Bonus plus a 10% Quality Bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package: 6 weeks of PTO and $5,000 for CME
