Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Nurse Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Oversee daily nursing operations and patient flow in the acute care setting.
\n
• Manage staffing schedules to meet patient care needs, including first-to-float and every other weekend coverage.
\n
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols, utilizing the Cerner charting system.
\n
• Implement hospital policies, including a cancellation policy of 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
\n
• Lead interdisciplinary care teams in a Level II trauma center environment.
\n
• Provide effective communication within the care team and support professional development among staff.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license with eligibility to practice in the state of California.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required.
\n
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS.
\n
• Experience in acute care settings, including managing night shifts and float assignments.
\n
• Competence in using the Cerner charting system.
\n
• Proven leadership and communication skills within a clinical environment.
\n
