Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide specialized nursing care in labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, and C-section settings.
\n
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes, including collaboration with respiratory and radiology services.
\n
• Execute clinical duties for perinatal patients, including IV initiation and management.
\n
• Administer appropriate life-saving interventions, complying with ACLS and BLS standards.
\n
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation using the Epic system.
\n
• Facilitate a safe and supportive environment for patients and newborns, including handling Level II NICU situations.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience required.
\n
• Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and ACLS; AWHONN Intermediate certification preferred.
\n
• Experience in postpartum care and C-section procedures.
\n
• Ability to float between like units as necessary.
\n
• Prior exposure to Epic charting systems preferred.
\n
• Willingness to cover every other weekend as scheduled.
\n
