GLC is hiring: Interim Critical Care Director to oversee CVICU, ICU and the future SICU
\nStart 6/15 for 13 week assignment with option to renew
\nShifts: 5x8's
\nPay Details $69/hr $104/hr OT Weekly Stipend $1281.
\nWeekly Gross: $4,041.00
\nDetails:
\n2 to 5 years of nurse manager or director experience
\nBSN required, MSN or MBA preferred
\nExperience (clinical or management) in the medical ICU and CVICU. CCRN Knowledge of Quality and Patient Outcomes, including but not limited to CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP, and Sepsis.
\nHas lead quality improvement initiatives Has knowledge of Joint Commission readiness and CMS standards Budget development Productivity management Capital Budget planning ICU flow optimization
\ninterdisciplinary collaboration Integrate ICU care models across the various ICUs Proven success in leading cultural transformation Experience managing resistance across diverse teams Relationship & Influence skills
