Job Description
Choice Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our growing team supporting our Barstow clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient environment focused on wellness, preventive care, and serving the High Desert community.

Position Highlights
- Full-Time outpatient opportunity with Choice Medical Group
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with physicians typically finishing patient care by 4:00 PM and remaining time allotted for administrative work
- No inpatient responsibilities or hospital call requirements; only occasional calls for you or own patients
- Average patient volume of approximately 14–18 patients per day
- Strong focus on wellness visits, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care
- Patient population consists primarily of geriatric and underserved/low-income families
- Competitive salary ranging from $275,000–$325,000 annually with potential productivity bonus
- Open to Visa Candidates (J1, H1B, O1)
- Collaborative clinical environment with supportive administrative staff
- Option for 1099 or W2 employment available.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
- Current DEA registration
