Home Health PT – Days (5x8s)
\n Shift
\n Days: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
\n 5x8 schedule only (facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s)
\n Local Candidates - Accepted
\n Considered local within a 50–75 mile radius
\n Important Submission Requirements
\n Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience required
\n First-time travelers not accepted
\n Oasis experience required (please note if traveler does not have Oasis)
\n Must have own transportation
\n COVID primary series plus one booster required
\n No weekends
\n No call
\n No floating
\n Block scheduling not available
\n Pending license accepted
\n RTO subject to manager approval
\n Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
