Our organization is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to become part of the Frisco Women’s Health team in Frisco, TX. About the Practice

This well-established practice features a team of four OB/GYN physicians supported by one nurse practitioner. Located conveniently next to Medical City Hospital-Frisco, where deliveries and gynecological surgeries are performed, the practice enjoys a robust patient base in Frisco and its neighboring areas. We offer a highly competitive compensation package along with excellent opportunities for professional development. This position is particularly suitable for new resident physicians seeking mentorship from an exceptional team of physicians.

Practice Highlights

• Expanding practice offering comprehensive women’s health services
• The hospital is a NICU Level III facility, providing excellent subspecialty support and laborist coverage
• Team includes 5 OB/GYN physicians and 1 nurse practitioner for support
• Enjoy a great work/life balance with a 4.5-day work week
• Weekday call schedule is 1:4; weekend call is 1:5 - NO IN-HOUSE or ER CALL REQUIRED
• Average patient census of 20 per day per OB/GYN
• Approximately 10 deliveries per month
• Opportunity to work at the hospital for additional compensation after the first year
• Outstanding mentorship available for new residents
• A brand new office is set to open in Spring 2027
