Job Description
Our medical facility comprises a central campus along with ten community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs). This 1a complexity tertiary care VA healthcare system is situated in one of the fastest-growing regions for Veterans in the United States. We deliver extensive healthcare services to nearly 69,000 enrolled Veterans across a 52-county area that includes Western Tennessee, Northern Mississippi, and Northeast Arkansas. The center features 236 inpatient beds, including a specialized 26-bed Spinal Cord Injury Unit. As a teaching hospital, we offer a comprehensive array of patient care services, equipped with cutting-edge technology, alongside robust education and research initiatives. Our services span a wide range of medical fields, including but not limited to cardiology, surgery, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, neurology, oncology, rheumatology, geriatrics, women’s health, and dentistry.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient dermatology environments.
Monitor patient reactions, testing procedures, equipment usage, and review patient records.
Regularly assess and report outcomes within the Dermatology Clinic.
Educate fellow physicians and healthcare professionals on dermatological practices.
Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to medical students, residents, and fellows.
Position Highlights:
- Salary Based on Experience: $300,000-$322,000
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
- CME Reimbursement: Up to $2,000 annually (Board Certification required)

Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Dermatology
- Unrestricted medical license from any state
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- U.S. Citizenship
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
