Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Monitor fetal heart rates and assess high-risk pregnancies.
\n
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and circulate for C-sections.
\n
• Provide postpartum care and perform newborn roles in deliveries as needed.
\n
• Float to postpartum unit when necessary.
\n
• Work efficiently in high-traffic environments with monthly deliveries ranging from 200 to 300.
\n
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality, especially for all patients.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
\n
• Current and valid California RN license.
\n
• AHA certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP; AWHONN Advanced or NCC EFM accepted.
\n
• Experience with EPIC Charting System preferred.
\n
• Ability to float to postpartum and assist with perinatal care.
\n
• Must commit to working every other weekend; previous charge experience beneficial.
\n
