Unit Notes:Interim Critical Care Director to oversee CVICU, ICU and the future SICU 2 to 5 years of nurse manager or director experience BSN required, MSN or MBA preferredExperience (clinical or management) in the medical ICU and CVICU. CCRNKnowledge of Quality and Patient Outcomes, including but not limited to CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP, and Sepsis.Has lead quality improvement initiativesHas knowledge of Joint Commission readiness and CMS standardsBudget development Productivity managementCapital Budget planningICU flow optimizationInterdiscipclinary collaborationIntegrate ICU care models across the various ICUsProven success in leading cultural transformationExperience managing resistance across diverse teamsRelationship & Influence skills Cancellation Policy:2 shifts per 13 week assignment/extension. 1 shift for less than 13 weeks. Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:No Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:Critical Care Director to oversee CVICU, ICU and the future SICU Required Certifications:BLS (AHA)
