GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Petaluma, California.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: OR - Operating Room
- Discipline: RN

- Duration: 12 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
• Day Shift: 5x8s (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Experience in General Surgery, Orthopedic, Thoracic, and Urology cases preferred
• Must have experience with procedures such as appendectomy, cholecystectomy, thoracotomy, spinal fusion, arthroscopy, cystoscopy, and joint replacement
• Knowledge of infection control, wound management, specimen handling, and universal protocol required
• Experience with surgical equipment/instrumentation including Cell Saver preferred
• Familiarity with laser safety, radiation safety, and blood product administration preferred
