\nThis Med/Surg Orthopedic unit focuses on post-operative orthopedic care, trauma recovery, and general medical-surgical patients. Ideal for nurses experienced in joint replacements, fractures, and post-surgical recovery.

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition changes \n
- Develop and implement individualized care plans \n
- Provide post-operative orthopedic care (joint replacements, fractures, spine cases) \n
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management \n
- Deliver patient education on recovery and mobility \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, PT/OT \n
- Monitor and evaluate treatment plans and outcomes \n
- Maintain accurate documentation per hospital standards \n
- May float to Med/Surg or related units as needed \n
- Participate in on-call rotation if required \n
