We are seeking a Board Certified CRNA for a long-term, ongoing assignment in Indiana. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with zero call requirements and a consistent weekday schedule utilizing the Epic EMR system.

Clinical Details & Schedule

• Hours: Standard daytime clinical hours (e.g., 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, depending on facility preference).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday.
• Call Profile: No call, no evenings, and no weekends required.
• EMR: Epic.

Requirements

• Certification: Board Certified
• Licensure: Active Indiana (IN) License or IMLC (Compact) eligibility.
• Life Support: Active ABLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications are mandatory.

Timeline: 75-day credentialing process.
