Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient IBD Gastroenterologist to become part of our established team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Role OverviewThis position focuses exclusively on outpatient care within our IBD clinic, including outpatient procedures. Physicians have the option to see general GI patients if they choose. Key details include:
- No weekend on-call duties, although additional per diem compensation is available for those interested in covering weekend inpatient shifts.
- Minimal weeknight call for general GI, typically one to two nights per month.
- An inpatient nocturnist APP will handle first call responsibilities.
- While general GI experience is beneficial, specialized training or experience in IBD is preferred.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary along with a bonus structure, with the potential to earn close to $700,000 annually. There is also an option for additional productivity pay based on wRVUs generated.

- Outpatient general gastroenterologists
- Interventional gastroenterologists
- Inpatient GI hospitalists
- IBD subspecialty gastroenterologists
- GI advanced practice providers
All team members have undergone extensive training in gastroenterology. Our primary GI services are offered from three offices across Northeast Indiana, with our main office situated on the scenic campus of our Parkview Regional Medical Center.
